**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably within the fashion or streetwear industry.
- Passion for streetwear and an understanding of current fashion trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist in motivating and coaching a diverse team.
- Experience working within large team environments, in a high turnover store.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques and store operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
