About this role:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for providing and supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals. If successful, the Regional Sales Manager for the NSW region will invite you to join a team of inspiring and collaborative individuals. Following our industry-leading onboarding program, you will support and grow the full breadth of Applied Medical’s diverse product portfolio to provide clinical solutions across various surgical specialties in both public and private operating theatres.
You will apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting. You will establish rapport, credibility, and long-term skilled relationships that benefit our customers and align with Applied Medical’s values and mission.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the full breadth of the Applied Medical portfolio across surgical specialties
- Establish and maintain strong relationships in assigned hospitals
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Create effective business plans and strategic selling strategies
- Implement and support educational programs
- Exceed customer expectations while growing your business

About you:
Currently working in a medical or healthcare sales role, capable of providing clinical solutions and value outcomes for stakeholders. Your aim is to deliver solutions that benefit customers and align with Applied Medical’s values.
- Proven success in medical or related sales experience
- Preferred experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre
- Curiosity and passion for learning
- Ability to articulate complex clinical information
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders
- Knowledge of the healthcare space
- Business acumen, analytical, and organizational skills
- Current Driver’s License
