adidas' commitment to our people is integral to the success of our retail team.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experienceSupporting the store management team by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom ModelRepresent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful wayDrive and ensure compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experienceDrive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targetsSupport the store management team by providing customers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goalsQualifications / ExperienceExperience in the following will be highly regarded:Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwearApplication ProcessClick the Apply button and follow the instructions.
