Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Program Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our program, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling and Rostering: Manage staff and client schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
* On-call Roster: Coordinate out-of-hours support and emergency responses
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Direct Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Team Leader
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* NDIS Expertise: Strong understanding of NDIS framework, funding models, and quality requirements
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with participants, families, and stakeholders
* Certificate III in Individual Support: Hold or working towards equivalent qualification
* SCHADS Award Knowledge: Understanding of SCHADS award structure and requirements
* Previous Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in administrative or support roles in disability or community services
* Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EziHealth CRM software
* Organisational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Right to Work: Hold or eligible for Australian citizenship or permanent right to work in Australia
* NDIS Worker Screening Check: Current NDIS worker screening check
