The Cisco Sales Associates Program is a global initiative designed to foster the development of sales champions. As an Associate Sales Representative, you will undergo comprehensive training in sales, technical, and communication skills.
Through rotations, you will gain exposure to diverse areas of sales, learning to position our architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to customers. You will build long-term relationships with customers and partners, collaborating with Solutions Engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require recent graduate status from a business or management degree program, or certification from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School. Up to three years of professional experience, including internships, work-study programs, or apprenticeships, is also preferred.
A first-time selling or consulting IT role, along with one to three years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry, is highly valued. Fluency in English and a technology enthusiast mindset are essential. We seek individuals eager to establish a long-term sales career with us, possessing an open and curious mindset ready to take on challenges and growth opportunities.
Able to simplify complex problems and solve them creatively, with strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with a wide range of people. A belief in the value of team collaboration is also crucial.
