Job Description
We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent commercial property professional to assist the National Director who leads of our North Shore Investment Services team based in North Sydney to help market and negotiate the sale of investment‐grade properties across the North Shore.
Our opportunity gives the right person a first‐class platform to collaborate with experts in multiple asset classes that guarantee's the best result for our clients.
What will you be being doing in this role?
* Coordination of financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns.
* Researching and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence, particularly in divestments and acquisitions that leads to the identification and securing of off‐market opportunities.
* Strong compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches and information memorandums.
* Strong ability to development and implement new ideas for marketing strategies for the Investment Services client group across the North Shore.
* Actively want assist in pursuing new business.
Qualifications
This is an ideal role for a newly qualified Valuer or an Analyst within the property sector looking for strong mentorship complimented with a defined career pathway into commercial property transactions. We have worked very hard to be the number 1 agency with market share in North Sydney and we continue to invest in the organic growth of this team.
