As a hands-on, brand-obsessed Creative Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute our long-term marketing strategy. You'll be at the intersection of creative and execution - writing, concepting, directing, briefing, and managing end-to-end campaigns that drive growth and bring our brand to life across digital and retail.
About the Role
You'll own and execute our creative marketing strategy alongside the founder. This involves overseeing daily marketing operations and campaign delivery, creating systems and processes that allow for a flywheel of consistent content and marketing at scale.
* Create clear, captivating, and persuasive copy for both brand campaigns, email marketing, and direct response advertising.
* Lead influencer marketing and UGC strategy, managing relationships and content pipelines.
* Manage organic social media and ensure the brand shows up in culture and in feeds.
* Ideate, brief, and direct creative across design, photography, copy, and video.
* Source and manage talent for email marketing and Meta/TikTok content.
* Collaborate with our performance ads manager to align creative with paid strategy.
* Manage our content calendar and ensure consistency and quality across channels.
* Plan and execute brand activations, stunts, and industry events.
* Create systems and workflows that enable consistent, high-quality content at scale.
* Manage our content creators and grow a small creative team.
* Own the marketing budget and report weekly to the founder.
* Develop and execute retail marketing initiatives (in-store and out-of-store).
This role requires a deep understanding of brand storytelling & marketing that resonates with customers. You must be a creative-first thinker with strong brand taste and attention to detail.

* A natural instinct for brand voice, tone, and storytelling.
* The ability to zoom out and lead vision, while also executing tasks.
* Highly organized with the ability to build systems that help us scale.
