Technical Director Commercial Management
This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in commercial management, negotiation, and contract administration. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for leading pre-contract commercial negotiations with clients and partners, as well as providing independent commercial advice to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure contracts, including DTMRs TIPDS suite, NEC, AS 2124, and AS 4000. You will also have experience in forming strategic teaming agreements and Joint Ventures for infrastructure opportunities, and undertaking due diligence on partners and clients.
You will work closely with the Project Strategy & Delivery team to support the delivery of committed work and growing pipeline of prospects for government and institutional clients. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
