Project Supervisor – Thales
We are looking for a Project Supervisor in Yarrawonga to coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal resources to achieve successful project outcomes and support site maintenance.

Team
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world's most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems.
Your Role
* Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal resources to achieve successful project outcomes
* Support site maintenance team in executing infrastructure related activities
* Manage small projects independently
* Preparation of key documents to support activities e.g. JSEAs, risk assessments, permits to work, etc.
* Plan site works and manage risk in accordance with Thales procedures
* Assist project engineers in preparing specifications and contracts, and assessing tenders
Experience
* Mechanical, electrical, construction trade or engineering qualifications
* Experience supervising trade/construction work; preparing JSEA/SWMS
* Proficient in MS Office - Primavera desirable
* Contract management and handling variations
* Construction industry White card
* Current driver's license
Security Clearance
A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
