About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evidence‐based, person‐centred therapy services to clients across a diverse caseload. You will support individuals in improving independence, functional capacity, mobility, and quality of life through tailored intervention programs.
You will work closely with a collaborative allied health team in a positive and supportive clinical environment with ongoing professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
* Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans
* Deliver evidence‐based therapy interventions for clients of all ages
* Support clients with NDIS goals, functional capacity, and daily living skills
* Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals
* Provide education and support to families, carers, and support networks
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy clinical experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship consideration
