ClearVue is seeking a strategic, high-growth Marketing Manager to play a key role in our global marketing engine from our headquarters in Perth. We aren't just looking for a brand builder and a demand generator who understands the intersection of sustainable technology, commercial real estate and high-conversion digital strategy.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will own the marketing funnel. You will be responsible for transforming global interest in our patented solar technologies into a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities in partnership with our global network of licensees, distributors and manufacturers. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on data, understands the nuances of the green building sector and knows how to nurture complex B2B relationships through a long sales cycle.

Strategic Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the creation and tracking of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and implementing the coring criteria to graduate them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
* CRM & Marketing Automation: Act as the power user of our CRM application (Pipedrive). Build automated lead-nurturing workflows that educate prospects (architects, developers and façade consultants) and keep ClearVue top-of-mind throughout multi-year project timelines.
* Content & Thought Leadership: Oversee a content calendar that positions ClearVue as a leader in the ESG space. You will produce or direct the production of technical white papers, case studies and webinars tailored to industry decision-makers.
* Performance Marketing: Manage paid and organic search, social advertising and retargeting campaigns with a strict focus of ROI and cost-per-acquisition.
* Strategic Event Management: Curate ClearVue's presence at premier industry and partner-led events, ensuring every event translates into a measurable boost in the sales pipeline.
* Brand & Partner Enablement: Support our global partner network with high-end marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and effective co-marketing across international borders.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: 6+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
* Sales Alignment: Experience working closely with Sales teams to define lead quality and optimise the hand-off process.
* Technically Savvy: Proficiency in CRM, marketing performance management applications, digital marketing platforms, including tools for social media management, email marketing, content management and graphic design. You should be comfortable setting up lead scoring, dashboards, and attribution models.
* Channel Marketing: Experience in channel marketing and working through and with partners to market and deliver solutions through a global partner network.
* Global Perspective: Demonstrated expertise in managing global programs and working with individuals across international boundaries.
* Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in the Renewable Energy or Solar sectors, including familiarity with green building frameworks such as LEED, WELL or BREEAM, as well as an understanding of the commercial construction or architectural specification process.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Academy, Google Analytics or LEED Green Associate) are highly regarded.
