The role:We are currently actively recruiting for an experience office/facilities coordinator to support a global financial services organisation on a short term leave cover from the second week of September to mid October.
The RoleAs a successful Office coordinator, the duties will include but not be limited to:
* Front Counter Customer Service
* Using in house systems such as ServiceNow & Gallagher
* Receiving incoming couriers
* Processing outgoing couriers
* Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain appropriate registers & checklists
* Scanning of documents
* Issuing & returning security cards
* Utility room management
Location:Canberra
Assignment start date: 8th September
Hours: Varying times between Monday to Friday, 8AM - 2:30PM and 8:00am to 4:30pm (onsite only)
Salary:$33-$35/HOUR + superannuation
