As a business partner, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, improving transparency and uplifting self-serve capabilities.
* Process Management and Continuous Improvement: Support streamlining of accounting processes through innovation and leverage tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Strategic Initiatives: Support various strategic initiatives, such as reconciliation uplift and Blackline automation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders, including offshore partners, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and provide financial/accounting support for projects and ongoing financial management.
* Compliance and Governance: Support audit and governance related activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining strong internal controls and governance.
About You
* Critical thinking and analytical skills are paramount.
* Technical accounting experience, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices, is essential.
* Experience in financial systems and IT tools/processes to optimise data analysis, transformation, and reporting is required.
* Knowledge of controls, QA, and governance frameworks is necessary.
* Business acumen and the ability to hold Degree in Accounting, as well as hold or working towards a CA/CPA qualification, are key qualifications for this role.
