We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at the Cheltenham Factory Outlet (DFO Moorabbin) on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and contributing to the success of our global sports brand.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied
* Be aware of sales targets and take ownership of achieving them through effective use of store resources
* Execute Brand Customer Service standards and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
* Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
* Represent the adidas brand and its values in an inspiring and impactful way
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
