About the Role
* Lead the day-to-day operations of a Melbourne-based Care Community including people leadership, customer outcomes and full P&L performance responsibilities
* Drive a positive and inspiring team culture to deliver high-quality care and well being services to older people
* Develop strong and connected relationships with residents, families, health professionals and the wider community
