Job Title: Office Support Specialist
About the Role

The role involves managing stationery and amenities, issuing access passes, coordinating mail and visitors, organising team functions and events, providing support for meetings and training, liaising with building management and booking travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stationery and supplies to ensure efficient operations
* Issue access passes, locker keys, and end trip access to employees
* Coordinate mail, couriers, and welcome visitors to the office
* Organise team functions and events such as Friday drinks, Christmas parties, and morning teas
* Provide administrative support for meetings and training including booking catering
* Liaise with building management to resolve maintenance or other issues
* Book travel arrangements for employees across the business
* Provide effective diary management, coordinate appointments, and type documents from dictations
* Print and collate documents, contracts, memos, and other briefing material
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Previous experience in a similar office support or administration role
* A helpful, warm, and inclusive person who enjoys helping people
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, including touch typing
* Confident to work autonomously and manage your own priorities
* Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Excellent professional communication skills including the ability to produce high-quality written work with excellent attention to detail
