* Guaranteed Earnings: 75% billings or a guaranteed minimum of $180/hour for the first three months.
* Flexible Scheduling: Work 7 days a week with flexible hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM), Saturday (1 PM to 6 PM), and Sunday (9 AM to 5 PM).
* State‑of‑the‑Art Facilities: 9 consultation rooms, a procedure room, a treatment room, and two dedicated nurses' rooms for future growth.
* Patient Demographics: Serve a diverse, younger, and affluent demographic, along with some older patients, ensuring a rewarding practice experience.
* Supportive Team Environment: Collaborate with three other onsite GPs and experienced nursing staff in a non‑corporate setting.
Role Requirements
* Qualifications: Vocationally Registered General Practitioners (VR GPs) are preferred.
* Interest in Skin Cancer Care: Candidates with a passion for skin cancer screening and treatment will thrive in this clinic.
* Patient Load: Currently, there are 5 patients per hour, ensuring a manageable and productive workday.
* Skin checks and consultations are privately billed, with rates ranging from $0 for a short consult (10 min) to $140 for a long consult (20 min).
* All walk‑in and after‑hours patients (weekdays after 4 PM and weekends) are privately billed similarly.
