On-Call Casual Team Members – 7-Eleven (Current 7-Eleven Staff Only)
We are looking to build a reliable pool of on-call casual team members to help cover shifts at our 7-Eleven store.
This position is ideal for current 7-Eleven employees from other stores who would like additional hours on a casual, flexible basis.
About the Role
Due to staff sickness and last-minute unavailability, we often need reliable, experienced staff to cover shifts at short notice. We are creating a backup team of trained 7-Eleven workers who can step in when needed.
This role is perfect if you:
* Are already working at another 7-Eleven store
* Want extra casual shifts to earn additional income
* Are flexible and able to take shifts on short notice
* Would like the opportunity for more regular shifts in the future

Requirements
To apply for this role, you must:
* Currently be employed at a 7-Eleven store in Australia
* Have experience using 7-Eleven systems and procedures
* Be reliable, punctual, and professional
* Be willing to work on short notice when shifts become available
* Have strong customer service skills
Shifts Available
* Weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
* Morning, afternoon, and night shifts as required
* On-call coverage when regular staff are sick or unavailable

This position is only for applicants who are already working at 7-Eleven and are familiar with store operations.
