Zjoosh, located in Lane Cove West, New South Wales, Australia, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead and develop its growing online business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the zjoosh.com website, implementing strategies to increase traffic and sales, and overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the zjoosh.com website, including overall site management in Shopify Plus and coordination with third-party service providers.
2. Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to triple sales over three years, focusing on growth through new product offerings and expanding wholesale channels.
3. Organize and oversee product shoots, manage product uploads, and ensure high-quality online imagery.
4. Lead the Assistant E-Com Manager, coordinating tasks such as product collection management and content updates.
5. Collaborate with operations to optimize technology for customer support and fulfillment.
6. Plan and launch multi-country sites in New Zealand, US, and UK.
7. Implement SEO strategies and manage digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Proven experience managing e-commerce sites within the retail sector.
* Proficiency with Canva or Photoshop, DSLR camera operation, and lightbox equipment.
* Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
* Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
* Proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and willingness to undertake administrative tasks.
