Key Responsibilities:
* Support capability uplift and the continuous improvement of performance-related processes
* Provide policy advice and specialist guidance on performance management and career development practices
* Facilitate programs and initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and organisational effectiveness
Requirements:
* Permanent full-time appointment at Level 6/7 with salary range $94,988 - $117,633 + superannuation
