Job Description
About the Role
Protecta is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of campaigns, content and day‐to‐day marketing activity across the business. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys owning execution, keeping things moving and working across multiple channels and stakeholders.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Managing social media channels (planning, writing, posting and optimisation)
* Writing and building eDMs and direct marketing communications
* Creating and maintaining sales enablement tools and marketing collateral
* Coordinating testimonials, case studies and project content
* Managing merchandise, including ordering and stock levels
* Coordinating internal and external newsletters
* Supporting website updates and content uploads
* Coordinating professional photography and videography
* Organising events and marketing activations
* Pulling together campaign performance data and reporting
Desired Skills and Experience
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years' experience in a marketing role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive and able to work with minimal direction
* Comfortable working cross‐functionally, particularly with sales teams
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to interpret data and report on performance
* Experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS platforms and basic analytics tools
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (desirable, not essential)
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar (desirable)

You keep campaigns moving, content flowing and the marketing function operating smoothly.
You identify gaps before they become issues and take ownership of fixing them.
You deliver high-quality outputs across channels and support the Marketing Manager to drive performance.
