About the role
We are looking to add a passionate physiotherapist to join our team in Latrobe. With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, the qualified physiotherapist will provide focused home‐based and centre‐based services for older clients (65+) accessing services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Package (HCP) and private arrangements. Our allied health team is large and supportive, with regular team meetings, clinical supervision and support from practice leads and the admin team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

* Recognised tertiary qualification in physiotherapy
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience working in the community aged care sector with clients receiving CHSP services
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year‐old clients
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
* Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance
* Thrives in a team environment and appreciates one‐to‐one interactions
