We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead civil infrastructure projects in the road construction/maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
2. Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
3. Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project objectives.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Monitor and control project risks, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Civil engineering degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in civil project management, preferably in road construction/maintenance.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software, such as SAP, P6, or similar.
* Knowledge of TMR Technical Specifications and experience delivering TIC(SI), MW, and RMPC contracts.
