The Role:
A Senior Processor (Despatch) position has become available at our Huonville Processing site. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday roster with opportunities to lead a team and support the Team Leader in meeting production targets and maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
* Supervise and support a small team to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.
* Uphold Tassal's commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Role Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Leadership experience is an advantage.
* Forklift licence (highly desirable).
