Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing high-level support to managers and teams within the creative industry.

* Scheduling and Travel Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and oversee related administrative tasks.
* Finance Administration: Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and system entries ensuring timely payments and compliance.
* New Staff Onboarding: Welcome new employees process paperwork, facilitate payroll and contract coordination.
* Creative Support: Liaise with planners, schedulers, and stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.

Key Requirements:

* Natural planner with excellent organizational skills.
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.

The role requires a detail-oriented individual to work in the Broadcast Media Production and Distribution industry.
