Factory Hand – Quality Control & Robotic Sander Operator
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Factory Hand to join our production team. This role focuses on quality control and operating our robotic sanding equipment. You don’t need prior robotics experience — we’ll provide full training — but you do need strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Inspecting products for quality, accuracy, and finish
* Operating and monitoring a robotic sander (training provided)
* Preparing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
* Recording quality checks and reporting any defects
* Assisting with general factory duties as required
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a factory, manufacturing, or hands‑on environment
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to follow processes and safety procedures
* Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
