Requirements
- An Open Australian Driver\'s Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar role.
The Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide aged care clients with home help services and personal care, including the following:
- General housekeeping and making beds; cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors; washing, folding and ironing laundry; meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed; assisting with mobility and therapy goals; providing complex care for customers with high care needs (e.g., dementia); providing social and emotional support; providing transport to lifestyle activities or appointments; helping the family carer to have a break.
