What We're Looking For
We're seeking compassionate support workers who are experienced in providing person-centred care, especially for individuals with complex needs. You bring:
* Minimum 6 months experience in Disability or Aged Care
* Calm, empathetic approach and strong professional boundaries
* Flexibility to accept a variety of shifts, including short notice
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar (highly regarded)
Where You'll Work
We are actively filling shifts in: Helensvale, Gaven, Labrador, Pimpama, Coomera, Ormeau – and surrounding areas.
What You'll Need
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Completion of NDIS 'Quality, Safety and You' module
* Open QLD Driver's Licence
* Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Smartphone with data
* Police clearance to work with vulnerable people
