Public Safety Security Specialist

This role plays a vital part in maintaining community safety as a member of the security control centre team. Key responsibilities include monitoring alarm systems, CCTV networks, and dispatching patrols to respond to incidents.


Responsibilities:

* Monitor government agency alarm systems to ensure public safety
* Conduct proactive CCTV monitoring of public areas to identify potential security threats
* Answer emergency calls and dispatch patrol services as required
* Enter job details into computer-aided dispatch systems for efficient response
* Monitor government radio network channels for critical information
* Raise maintenance requests for electronic security devices to ensure optimal performance


Requirements:
