Your Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing General Imaging sales team, focusing on the Ultrasound portfolio for NSW South. Ideally, you are Sydney-based and comfortable with regional travel as required.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Ultrasound, you will develop and manage business strategies to build profitable relationships across our General Imaging (Radiology, Vascular, and Obstetric) and point-of-care Ultrasound portfolio. Your experience in Capital Equipment / Medical Device sales and your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within hospital networks will be key to your success.
Responsibilities include:
1. Achieving and growing sales in assigned territories, contributing to revenue growth and market share expansion.
2. Managing and expanding relationships with new and existing accounts.
3. Developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
4. Providing clinical, technical, and sales support aligned with the business unit and applications team.
5. Organizing and executing professional education workshops/events for customers, supported by the team.
6. Maintaining up-to-date CRM and sales tools, and providing regular updates to the Sales Manager and stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have:
1. Experience in Capital Equipment / Medical Device solution selling within public and private hospital systems.
2. A strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to grow market share.
3. Skills in analyzing complex data and developing territory plans.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
5. A motivated, self-organized approach, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
6. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
