What You'll Be Doing
* Direct all WA transport operations, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, and safe delivery
* Optimise fleet utilisation and develop strategies to boost productivity
* Lead and inspire Managers, Supervisors, Planners, and Drivers to achieve outstanding results
* Analyse operational data to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service standards
* Maintain full compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in transport/logistics, including 3+ in a senior management role
* Heavy haulage experience and strong understanding of large-scale fleet operations
* Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into action
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and problem-solving mindset
