Key Responsibilities
* Welcome families and visitors into our home with a friendly smile
* Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes using our Gallagher system
* Keep our staff informed of any visitor arrivals or departures
* Accompany families to meet our Family Liaison Officers
* Assist with luggage transport and provide refreshments to those in need
* Provide valuable assistance with general queries, such as restaurant recommendations and local transportation
* Support our administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen and conference rooms
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit us
