Key Responsibilities
* Assist the production team and site managers with rostering across all departments
* Create, maintain, and manage rosters using Excel spreadsheets to ensure smooth operations
* Support leave requests and workforce planning, ensuring optimal labour coverage
* Liaise with production team leaders and supervisors to improve rostering patterns and efficiency
* Manage employee lifecycle tasks: contracts, onboarding, variations, offboarding
* Support recruitment, including onboarding new staff, assessment centres, and TA support
* Administer HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data
* Assist with payroll queries, grievances, and general P&C support
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience (bonus)
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
* Experience in rostering, production support, HR administration, and Excel spreadsheet management
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with rostering and data
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
