**The company**
Launch is excited to be working with a leading Victorian Government organisation. We are looking for an Information Management Officer to maximise our clients investment of their intranet, document management and records management platform.
**The Role**
The Information Management Officer will be responsible for supporting the IT governance lead t ensure they have fit for purpose information architecture that promoted knowledge capture and sharing.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Liaise with stakeholders to embed information management best practices in their SharePoint Online & Records365 platforms
- Provide an effective IM & Records Management service
- Migrate documents and records from old architecture to modern SharePoint Online architecture
- Assist IT Governance Lead to achieve RM and IM compliance objectives
- Assist with administration of SharePoint information architecture, taxonomy, end user training
**About You**
To be successful you will need:
- Knowledge and experience of information and knowledge management practices
- Experience with electronic document management and record (EDRMS) systems such as SharePoint and Records 365
- Experience implementing information and records management solutions to meet business needs and strategy
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid project management skills
