* Permanent – Full Time – Port Kembla, NSW
* $35.08 per hour + Overtime as required. All overtime is paid at overtime rates
* Day shift with flexible start times
* Rotating weekend work (generally 1 weekend every 6 weeks)
* Uniforms and PPE provided
* Induction and training provided
Your new role:
* Operation of Vacuum Trucks and Road Tankers
* Load and unload Commercial and industrial liquid waste (Oily water and Septic tanks)
* Operate Vehicle Check & Service tracking Phone Aps
* Interacting with our clients in the industrial, Mining and Shipping sector
* Inductions and training for BFM, Industry, Dangerous goods, Shipping and Mining will be supplied as required.
* Work is mainly local, but may include trips to Sydney or Newcastle
* Occasional trips interstate may be available
* As our customers operate 24/7, Overtime, on call and weekend roster (every 6 weeks)
* Yard work
* Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
* Comply with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
* A manual (road ranger) HR or HC (preferred) Licence with a clean driving record
* Good attitude, reliable and willingness to learn
* Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
* Waste industry experience is preferred but not required
