About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced finance professional to join a high‐performing team responsible for financial planning, reporting, and advisory services within a large and complex organisation. This role plays a critical part in supporting sustainable financial management and enabling effective decision‐making through high‐quality analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide financial, operational, and strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
* Lead the development, monitoring, and forecasting of budgets across business areas.
* Prepare monthly financial and performance reports, including variance analysis and insights.
* Deliver expert advice on costing initiatives and evaluating business models.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Identify and drive improvements to financial processes, ensuring efficiency and strong governance practices.
About You
* Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis in a large, complex environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Demonstrated analytical capability and sound judgement, including decision‐making under pressure.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* High level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to quality outcomes.
* Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional certification in accounting, business, or finance is highly desirable.
