What You’ll Bring
* Senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a regulated services workplace
* Proven ability to lead, engage and develop multidisciplinary teams
* Robust commercial acumen, including budget, occupancy and performance management
* Sound knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
