In this KEY senior leadership role reporting up to 3 of the firm's senior Partners, you will relish the challenge+rewards of your multi-faceted role:
* taking full ownership and managing your own clients and property law practice (acquisitions/disposals of commercial/industrial/retail properties and large-scale residential properties; subdivisions/development advice; joint ventures; property planning & due diligence; overseeing leasing work done by junior commercial lawyers; property related financing + tax advice - CGT, stamp duty);
* mentoring+ being a role model to junior lawyers;
* contributing to the firm's strategic growth/business development initiatives.
