What will you do?
* Lead retail food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring readiness and service excellence
* Manage product sales, stock projections and inventory control to optimise availability and reduce waste
* Oversee non-event day operations including outlet preparation, product rotation and team resourcing
* Support retail projects such as refurbishments, technology rollouts and menu enhancements
* Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, training and performance development
* Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, OH&S and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reporting
More about you
* Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading large, multi‐outlet food and beverage operations
* Demonstrated senior operational leadership within high-volume, multi‐site retail environments, ideally across stadiums, events or large‐scale venues
* Proven commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, inventory management and procurement
* Strong client‐facing capability with demonstrated stakeholder engagement, relationship management and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* Proven ability to form, develop and lead high‐performing teams, with strengths in performance management, team development and compliance
* Experience in menu development and refinement, a creative and innovative mindset, advanced MS Office capability, and RSA/Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
