Responsibilities:
Cultivate a team culture steeped in knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicle subscription packages. Train and mentor product expert teams on product nuances, enhancing their ability to connect offerings with customer needs effectively.
Inspire, lead, and develop the team to achieve sales excellence. Ensure ongoing professional growth and strong team cohesion through coaching and performance management.
Oversee hub operations to ensure seamless functionality and superior service delivery. Address operational challenges swiftly and foster an environment encouraging innovative problem-solving.
Implement aggressive sales strategies, monitor team performance against set targets, and adjust tactics as needed to optimize sales outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain rigorous oversight of the customer journey from initial inquiry to successful onboarding, ensuring customers are matched with the perfect product fit to reduce churn and increase loyalty.
Regularly collaborate with other leaders, managers, and regional managers to align strategies and share valuable insights.
Ensure the retail space is engaging and conducive to sales, managing product displays and promotional materials to maximize aesthetic appeal and product understanding.

What you'll bring
A minimum 4 years of experience working in fast-paced sales environments, hitting and exceeding targets. A passion for product knowledge and inspiring this enthusiasm in others. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment. Hands-on approach, capable of driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
