Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of grocery and foodservice sales? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team! 
Position Overview: Reporting to the Sales Administration Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our national grocery and foodservice teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining promotional calendars, submitting promotions, aligning sales trackers, forecasting, and providing customer support. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Align sales tracker, maintain promotional calendar, submit promotions, review slotting board. 
- Review scan data, update accrual reports, ensure correct period accruals. 
- Attend demand reviews, liaise on volume changes, assist with supply issues. 
- Collaborate on customer submissions, maintain product database, handle new line submissions. 
- Main contact for Category Assistants, assist with documentation and certification. 
- Maintain pricing, monitor blocked orders, review price variances, assist with price increases, prepare internal forms. 
- Build strong relationships, collaborate on process improvements. 
Skills, Knowledge & Experience: 
- Relevant industry experience within FMCG environment. 
- Experience in a Sales Support role in FMCG, knowledge of trade spend structures would be well regarded. 
- Intermediate Excel skills and SAP experience would be a bonus. 
- Organizational, time management, communication skills, proactive mindset.
