Job Opportunity: Patient Reported Measures Project Officer
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled project officer to lead the development, implementation, and sustainability of the NSW Patient Reported Measures Program.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders, consumers, clinicians, Primary Health Networks, and Primary Health Care staff, you will drive meaningful change across the health system with real insights from real experiences.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development, implementation, and sustainability of the program, working collaboratively with stakeholders, engaging diverse stakeholders through full project management activities, and utilizing strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
