About the role
As the Business Analyst Lead you'll support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role will involve developing and implementing business strategies, managing technology adoption, and embedding new ways of working across distributed teams.
Role Responsibilities
Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.
Identify, evaluate and recommend options.
Collaborate with and facilitate a wide range of stakeholder groups.
Seeks to fully address client needs and implements solutions if required.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working as a BA (Lead) in complex business environments.
Experience in data modelling and design activities, selecting appropriate techniques and the correct level of detail for meeting assigned objectives.
Knowledge of AI and other technology applications in the business environment. (Highly Desirable)
Design Thinking techniques and experience. (Highly Desirable)
The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills to elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements across diverse technical and non-technical groups.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current TSPV Clearance.
