The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Plant Operators to support upcoming projects across Tasmania. Roles are available statewide — North, North-West, East Coast, West, and Southern Tasmania.
Opportunities are available for both full-time and casual employment, with above-award wages and conditions under our Enterprise Agreement.
These roles are ideal for ticketed operators who are safety-focused and enjoy the variety of working on projects that directly benefit Tasmanian communities.
What You'll Do
* Operate plant and machinery, including:
* Excavators ( 25t)
* Front End Loaders
* Rollers
* Skid Steer Loaders
* Dozers
* Water Carts
* Graders
* Telehandlers
* Assist with site tasks where required.
* Maintain safe work practices and contribute to efficient project delivery.
What You'll Bring
* Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* Current driver's licence.
* Valid operator tickets for one or more of the machines listed above.
* Ability and willingness to travel statewide for work.
* Previous experience in road construction, mining, irrigation, or water projects.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
Highly Valued
* Traffic Management TC1 + TMI1 accreditation.
* Certificate III in Civil Construction.
