* Utilize your expertise to handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, transfers, travel insurance, and visa arrangements.
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every client enjoys a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage travel programs for SME clients and foster strong relationships with them.
* Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, transfers, travel insurance, and visa arrangements.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of travel services, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
* Maintain knowledge of industry trends, policies, and procedures to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
Requirements:
* Experience as a travel consultant or travel manager is highly regarded.
* GDS proficiency is essential – Sabre is a highly sought-after system.
* Excellent multitasking ability, juggling priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
* Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills are necessary.
* Tertiary education is advantageous.
