Job summary:

* Expected salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service delivery, customer satisfaction, staff performance, and adherence to health and safety regulations. This role includes managing staff, controlling inventory, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and driving business growth through effective management practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, including dining room and kitchen coordination.
* Supervise and lead front-of-house and support staff to ensure efficient service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
* Implement and maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, profitability, and overall business performance.
* Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and workplace regulations.
