We are seeking an experienced
Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Driver
to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Industrial Services. This role involves operating a range of heavy vehicles — including dog trailers, float work, and heavy machinery transport — across civil, mining, and industrial projects.
Candidates must hold a valid Australian Heavy Combination (HC) licence or be willing to obtain one.
This position is open to Australian citizens and permanent residents only.

This role will involve mixed routes including local delivery, interstate runs, and site-to-site transport.
Key Responsibilities
Operate HC vehicles (dog trailers, float work, heavy machinery etc.) safely and responsibly
Comply with road transport regulations and company policies
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate transport and compliance documentation
Follow safe loading and unloading procedures
Report directly to the Operations Management team
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
About You
Hold a valid HC driver\'s licence (or willingness to upgrade)
Minimum 2 years\' experience in the road transport industry
A minimum of 2 years\' truck driving experience is required for this position
Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safe driving practices
High attention to detail and strong commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Favourable:
Dangerous Goods licence
Highly regarded:
Background in civil, industrial services, or mining
