Key Responsibilities
Depending on your seniority level, your day-to-day will involve:
* Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
* designing, building, and maintaining robust APIs and integrations.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Optimising application performance and working with relational databases.
* For Seniors: Providing technical leadership, mentoring junior/mid-level developers, and driving architectural decisions.
Experience & Skills Required
We are looking for developers at two distinct career stages:
Mid-Level Developer Requirements
* 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
* Solid proficiency in the .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
* Proven experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
* 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
* Must have previous experience in a Senior-level role, demonstrating technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
* Strong architectural understanding of complex ecosystem design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
Nice‐to‐Haves (All Levels)
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
