About the role:
* Complex employment litigation in Federal and State jurisdictions.
* High-level industrial relations disputes and enterprise agreements.
* Executive contracts, terminations, restructures, and redundancy strategies.
* Discrimination, bullying, whistleblower, and OH&S issues.
* Employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.
The ideal candidate:
* 4+ years of post-admission experience in employment/workplace relations law.
* Experience running matters with autonomy and supporting junior lawyers.
* A strong academic track record (WAM 75+ preferred).
* Practical, commercial mindset and clear communication style.
* A collaborative team player, keen to deepen client-facing and technical skills.
