Contract Administration and Estimation Role
This position combines contract administration and estimating functions, requiring a motivated individual with good estimating skills and attention to detail.
* Support both contract administration and estimation depending on project requirements.

About the Position
As a skilled contract administrator/estimator, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier packages.
* Supporting project teams with cost reporting and forecasting.
* Assisting with progress claims, variations, and procurement.
* Ensuring contract compliance and project documentation is up to date.
Estimating Support
You will assist with:
* Take-offs and pricing for commercial fit out and refurb tenders.
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
* Helping prepare tender submissions and scope reviews.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* 2-5 years of experience in a CA or dual CA/estimating role.
* A background in commercial construction, ideally fit out and refurbishment.
* Solid attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Proficient with estimating and project software (e.g., Buildsoft, Procore, Excel).
